To send an enquiry via our online form, you must consent to our collection of your data. If your original enquiry is submitted by email, then your consent to us collecting your data is automatically implied. Upon receiving an enquiry via our online form or by email, we collect the following personal data: first name, last name, email address, company, position, original query, date and time. We store this data securely for future analysis and it will never be shared with any third parties.
We use analytics to improve and optimise our website and performance. This data is always anonymous. You can remove your consent for analytics tracking by selecting “only necessary cookies” our the main page of our website.
If you decide to take part in English training with Envis, the following additional data will be collected and stored securely by us to monitor quality:

- Progression
- Personal feedback

VAT
Envis does not charge VAT on English training or translation services.
Booking Policy
Translations and Proofreading
Requests for translation or proofreading services must be submitted to us by email. We will provide a quote within 24 hours. Once confirmed by the customer, we aim to return completed texts within 5 days. This varies according to the text length and our availability and will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
Language Training
Requests for language training may be submitted via our online contact form, by email, or by phone. A lesson is not confirmed until the time and date has been confirmed directly by us. Once confirmed, then our standard cancelation policy applies.
Cancellation Policy
Language Training
Students can cancel a lesson with a minimum of twelve hours notice to reschedule at no extra charge. Students can cancel a lesson with up to one hour’s notice to receive a 50% refund, rescheduling will no longer be possible. If notice is given less than one hour prior to the lesson, and the student fails to attend the lesson, then the full lesson fee is incurred with no option to reschedule. In the unlikely event that your lesson is cancelled by Envis, we will provide the option to either reschedule your lesson or receive a full refund.
Payment Policy
Translations/Proofreading
Envis will issue an official quote for requested translations/proofreading within 24 hours of an incoming request, which must be confirmed by the customer organisation before translation services can be confirmed. Upon confirmation, an invoice will be issued following completion of the translation or proofreading. Payment is due in full within 30 days of the invoice issue. Failure to pay on time may result in legal action.
Professional Language Training
Envis will provide an official offer for requested language training, which must be confirmed by the organisation before lessons can be confirmed. Upon confirmation, an invoice will be issued in advance of the commencement of language training. Payment is due in full within 30 days of the invoice issue. Failure to pay on time may result in the delay or cancelation of any pre-arranged courses or lessons. Failure to pay may result in legal action.
Individual/Nachhilfe Language Training
Payment must be received in full at least 24 hours prior to the arranged lesson.
Liability
Language training is always undertaken at the student’s own risk, either at their place of work or at home. Envis assumes absolutely no liability for any accident or injury that occurs during English training services, or during transportation to and from a lesson. In the case of minors (students under 16), full parental consent is required before any bookings can be confirmed.
